Complete with a new fully fitted kitchen with integrated fridge freezer and washer. There is a large double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and 2 further twin bedrooms, both with fitted wardrobes. A family bathroom is complemented by an additional ensuite to the master bedroom. The lodge benefits from full gas central heating and double glazing.
The lodge can be inhabited for ten and a half months of the year and must be unoccupied from the 15th January to the 1st of March each year.
There is a metered LPG gas supply, and a metered water and electric supply from the main supply to the park. The rates for this plot hold an additional cost of approx £325 per annum for the year, becoming payable in 2021.
The lodge would not be able to be sub-let, but members of your own family and friends are welcome to stay.
