This beautifully appointed Phoenix Lodge is positioned on one of the largest plots on the Red Kite development, surrounded by the serene countryside views that Conwy Lodge Park has to offer and benefiting from a large decking area allowing you to make the most of the great outdoors.
Upon entering through large French doors, the spacious living area immediately evokes a feeling of comfort and ease. It has a spacious lounge-dining area which enhance the feeling of space. That feeling is further enhanced by the white panelled ceiling. The soft colour palette creates a relaxing feel, coupled together with the ultra-comfortable sofas.
Bedrooms
