There are three good sized bedrooms. A double bedroom with king size bed, boasting an en-suite shower room with WC. A second double bedroom and a third bedroom / study with bunks. There is also a family bathroom.
The lodge comes with a 20 year license till 2041, with plot fees payable of £3,897.00 per annum, subject to inflation.
The lodge can only be inhabited for ten and half months of the year and must be unoccupied from the 15th January to the 1st of March each year.
There is a metered LPG gas supply, a metered water and electric supply from the main supply to the park. The rates for this plot holds an additional cost of approx £325 per annum for the year becoming payable in 2021.
The lodge would not be able to be sub-let, but members of your own family and friends would be welcome to stay at the lodge.
