Living Area

From the moment you walk through the door you will feel the warmth the Vancouver has to offer with its conveniently positioned utility room at the entrance, complete with plenty of storage and somewhere to take off those muddy shoes after taking in the scenery that the Conwy Valley has to offer.

Through to the living quarters you are drawn instantly by the warm neutral colour scheme, modern interiors and plush furnishings throughout, the bespoke Vancouver design allows for a bright and airy open plan feel and large bay windows allowing for lots of natural light to filter into the lodge.

Modern Kitchen

The kitchen is beautifully appointed with a central island breakfast bar, perfect for hosting friends and family whilst acting as the main focal point in this area of the lodge, its high finish worktops and soft-close kitchen cupboards complete the kitchens stylish look. To offset this from the dining and living space the kitchen has been positioned on a marble effect tiled floor area. Comes with a full compliment of branded appliances including a four-ring gas hob on the kitchen island, integrated oven and microwave and full-size dish washer and extractor hood.


The Vancouver has two double sized bedrooms complimented by the neutral colour scheme and exquisite decor seen throughout the lodge, the master is complete with an en-suite shower room and separate dressing room. The second bedroom features two single beds with high-quality free-standing bedroom furniture.

The Vancouver benefits from having a spacious main bathroom with a full-length bathtub, plus shower attachment complimented by the large grey tiled wall, floating wash basin and toilet.
